Though her heart yielded many tame and sacred birds,
the earth still called, its wilderness made whole
The hills she set herself to claim, to rake the soil with words
walk mud and stone, and leave behind the old.

Poems shaped by the shadowed interior
Though her heart yielded many tame and sacred birds,
the earth still called, its wilderness made whole
The hills she set herself to claim, to rake the soil with words
walk mud and stone, and leave behind the old.
Through the depth of time
And eternal void,
The shattering silence
Of the star-studded cosmos…
The long cold journey
On a barge of loss…
Somewhere,
in the middle of nowhere,
I will find my love!
Have I fallen
to the depths of the cavern’s call
stripped and naked
before the ending’s fall ?
An ever-nearing precipice
Of hope and choice
To walk the narrow path
Or stand at its fortress
Shall my voice call out
It is not I
Remember that
It is the echo of others
From deep within my soul
@Aetherealis
Shall I bow to one
in the name of love
and not to love itself
I am but a conduit, a vessel
Ephemeral and non-eternal
an ever-fleeting thought
of Faith and discontent.
